Description
The A2 Key exam certificate proves that you can communicate in English in everyday situations. It is the best way to prove basic knowledge of English.

The A2 Key exam consists of 3 English language skills test papers:

Results
When are the A2 Key exam results released?
The result Statement of Results is sent online, in the case of a paper exam within 4 weeks, and in the case of a computer exam within 5-10 days.
When will you receive your A2 Key certificate?
We receive your certificate after another 2 weeks after the publication of the results and inform you immediately.
The grading scale for the A2 Key exam
You will receive separate scores from each test paper (Reading & Writing, Listening, Speaking), which will make your results for each part clearer. The average of these 3 marks will determine the final result.
The following scale applies to the A2 Key exam:
- 140-150 points | Grade A | CEFR: B1
- 133-139 points | Grade B | CEFR: A2
- 120-132 points | Grade C | CEFR: A2
- 100-119 points | Level A1 | CEFR: A1
